- Tie the wires at their centers as shown in the diagram. - String beads onto a branch to within 0.8 cm of the edge: make a loop to secure the beads, passing the end of the brass wire through the last bead you threaded. This is a delicate operation for children, so you'll need to help them... - Do the same for each branch. | ![]() |

The little spider... I made the essential spider. Simple to make, it's above all meticulous, given the size of the beast. You'll need nylon thread (which will enable this ball and 3D shape), black seed beads and 2 bright yellow beads for the eyes. Start by threading 2 beads, centring the thread. Then thread 1 yellow bead, 1 black bead, 1 yellow bead: pass the other end of the thread through these beads. |
