Loïc recently concocted a dessert recipe for us, having found the idea in his book: a sweet dessert, but crunchy, no?

Ingredients: half a pear in syrup per person, candies, round and rectangular, licorice. Drain the pears out of the tin into a small colander. Place each half-pear on a plate. Insert rectangular candies for the ears, round ones for the eyes and nose. Slip on a piece of unrolled licorice. All that's left to do is serve! For those with a sweet tooth (dads?), the mouse can be placed on a bed of melted chocolate...

The "recipe" is easy, since the decoration is everything!
