First, wash and dry the stone. Meanwhile, draw the sketch of the future map on rough paper. Draw with special markers for various surfaces (wood, porcelain etc...). Remember to draw a compass to help you get your bearings!

Gold nuggets

The treasure: a golden stone
Wash and dry the smaller pebbles too, then paint them with a brush of yellow gouache (placing them on a cork so that the paint dries as quickly as possible).

To make an aged rolled parchment-style treasure map, you need to: - roughly cut out a sheet of white paper, - burn the edges (adult supervision essential) with a candle - dip the paper in a plate containing tea (depending on how strong the tea is, the coloring will be darker) - leave to dry flat - draw the map elements with simple felt pens, or pen and ink for greater realism!
