Before placing an order on our creators shops, maybe you have some questions...

The entire site is managed by EI Vincent Largot, who enables craftsmen and artists to sell their products online, and specialist hobby sellers to sell their supplies.

All have professional status and are selected to appear on Les-Créatifs.
The items in the various stores are either in stock (for fast delivery on receipt of your payment), or can be made to order, as they can be customized to your specifications (colors, first names, dates...).
A maximum delivery date is indicated as soon as you place an item in your shopping basket (depending on the time required for production and the calendar of each seller).
You pay your order directly to each seller, whether by credit card, cheque or bank transfer.

What the law says...You have a 14 day cooling off period upon receipt of your order (except for personalized items).
In concrete terms...out of the thousands of orders shipped since September 2004, extremely few have been returned.
Because we work with professionals who are proud of their products and services.

What about a gift?	Shipping costs ?	Delivery ?
Gift wrapping on request (comment at the end of the order), when it is not already provided for the article Possibility to indicate a delivery address for direct shipment of the gift	According to the destination, the weight and the volume: consult the basket to see the amount automatically calculated (before the order). Each store has its own shipping costs, often proposes several means of shipping and some propose Mondial Relais.	The list of countries and Dom/Tom delivered is different for each store.
	Check the shipping rates on each store.

Each designer has his own style, his themes and his materials, all offer original items, sometimes unique!
Each designer store corresponds to a craftsman, artist or shopkeeper who lives somewhere in France. As it would be difficult to share shipping costs, it is necessary to validate a basket on order for a store to open another one on another store of Les Créatifs.
