Wooden figurines and trees to decorate

Here are wooden figurines and fir trees, decorated using a variety of techniques: painting, cracking, paper and glitter collage... These little wooden fir trees can of course be hung on the Christmas tree, but will also be very original as gift-wrapping or napkin decorations.

Decorating wooden supports with rhinestones A Christmas tree or wooden figurine painted white, the tone is set by rhinestones and pearls. And Christmas takes on pink and parma colors (very trendy!), or classic gold, or is adorned with an elegant black/white duo.

Crackle paint and Magic Glitter patterns
cracking paint
step 1: paint the tree light green. Then brush on the crackling gel (paint in the same direction). Allow to dry a little (about 20 minutes, depending on the cracking gel), then paint again in a darker color.

step 2: cut out a Magic-motif and apply it to the wood (press down firmly with a wooden stick, for example). Remove the protective backing.

step 3: Place the tree on a sheet of paper and sprinkle with glitter (in this case, fine silver glitter) Sweep with a brush: the Magic motifs are covered in glitter and their designs are perfectly clear!

After the painting stage, a Christmas tree is cut from a sheet of Velo paper (thin, easy-to-cut paper). The back of the tree is glued with glue varnish spray and placed, after a few minutes, on the wooden tree. The paper tree is then decorated with glitter glue and, above all, 3D gel paint (here in green) to highlight the outline of the tree and the balls drawn on it.

Here again, the paint is crackled, but this time the dark green paint was applied first, followed by the lighter paint on the crackling gel. The red rhinestones ("Light siam" by Swarovski) shine like little lit balls! The magic motifs here are on the theme of gifts, and a bow, made from pearls, was a must.
Making the knot with pearls and brass wire
beaded decoration
Thread approximately 16 to 18 red faceted beads (3mm) onto a 30 cm brass wire. Pass both ends through a large worked glass bead.

With one end, form the same symmetrical loop and pass through the large central bead. Then make a small loop and flatten it (like the end of a ribbon), passing the thread back through the large bead.

With the other wire, make the same flattened loop and pass it through the large bead. You now have a brass fastener to fix this pretty bead knot to the wooden support.
