The two sides of the bell are now assembled: the silver thread is embroidered (in slipper stitch, for example) all around the bell, making a small bridge at the bell clasp (to let a ribbon pass through) and leaving the bottom of the bell free.
A hodgepodge of red muslin ribbons and embroidery threads (different greens and reds), braided and knotted, with a few white metal bells hanging from them, is attached by a ribbon that comes out the top of the bell, allowing it to hang.
