Create a pearl medallion pendant with a pretty cabochon in the center, in Swarovski crystal to catch the light or in lucite for its changing reflections... or choose one of the many pearl pendants from the Bijoux et Perles boutique. It's also possible to choose a cabochon ring kit and transform the pearl ring into a flat or raised attachment like the pendant.
The pendant is then placed with the help of rings on the kilt pin, on one of its rings or on two contiguous rings if the medallion is of a good size. Charms are added on a nail that can end with a charm, many themes are possible...
