Painting a toiletry bag for the beach

Supplies and equipment
- a simple cotton pencil case, with an inside pocket for added comfort on the beach ...
- a black textile felt-tip
- textile paint in a bottle
We used basic Javana Tex Sunny colors (air-dry and wash up to 60°): carmine red, lemon, dark brown. - a fine brush
- 2 bottles of Diam's 3D paint: gold and chocolate
Drawing contours
Tip: to ensure that the paint adheres well to the fabric, it's best to wash and iron the kit to remove the primer before starting the personalization.
First, use a fine textile felt-tip pen to draw the outlines of the flowers and text, spreading flowers of different sizes over the surface of the kit.
Flowers and text are drawn freehand.
To draw a flower: first draw its heart (a very irregular circle), then 5 large petals, and finally, inside each petal, a smaller, equally irregular petal.)
Paint
Paint is applied with a brush. To obtain varied hues for the flowers and text with just 3 basic colors, place a little of each of these paints on a small plate and pick up 2 paints with the brush, then paint in small strokes.
Relief paint
Once the paint is dry to the touch, and to give relief to the designs, the contours are ironed on with 3d paint: the gold color for the flower hearts, the chocolate color for all other contours.

Let dry flat for 72 hours before taking your kit to the beach or pool...
