A cotton thread and wooden bead bracelet being assembled.
The beads are simply threaded onto the two middle strands, at regular intervals on the
flat knot barrette.
For this macramé belt, thick cotton twine is used: first a barrette of flat knots, then a wooden bead is added, taking advantage of the opportunity to alternate strands (so that the middle strands don't quickly become much shorter than the outer strands).
Then, on an outer wire, a wooden washer is threaded and the other 3 wires are simply braided.
A little further on, simply alternate the outer thread to thread the wooden washer.
Reproducing these patterns evenly throughout the belt creates a unique belt!
