The head is made separately, on a wooden skewer.
Cut a star, holly leaves and a long ribbon from the rolled-out salt dough. Model holly balls, and arrange all these elements on the crown.
Cut and model the angel's wings, in one piece, which will be baked separately and glued on when painted.
Pre-bake the salt dough to make the angel's details easier.
Plant the head spike on the aluminum ball and arrange the arms. Glue on the hairs, one by one, using a garlic press.
Finish baking.
